Sukkur, the third-largest city in Sindh, has once again fallen prey to a wave of lawlessness. A surge in criminal activities has made life miserable for the citizens. The situation has become so dire that people are afraid to leave their homes due to fear of robbery and theft yet, tragically, they are not safe even within their own houses.
According to sources, the past 45 days have witnessed a staggering increase in crime across Sukkur. During this short period, 60 motorcycles and 16 cars have been stolen. In addition, 12 daylight home robberies have been reported, along with thefts from 24 homes and 15 shops.
