Sukkur: Islamia College Sukkur hosted a book fair aimed at promoting education, learning, and literary awareness among students. The event was inaugurated in a grand and dignified ceremony with Deputy Mayor Sukkur, Dr. Arshad Mughal, as the chief guest. He was warmly welcomed by the college administration and presented with a traditional Ajrak as a token of respect.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Arshad Mughal praised Islamia College Sukkur for its educational, intellectual, and social contributions. He highlighted that the college not only provides quality education but also plays a pivotal role in fostering positive thinking, reading habits, and constructive activities among the youth.

Dr. Mughal called the organization of the book fair commendable, emphasizing that such academic and literary programs encourage students to develop a love for books, research skills, and critical thinking. He stressed that in today’s modern era, strengthening the bond with books is crucial, and initiatives like book fairs serve as milestones in raising intellectual awareness.
