The 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the blessed day of the birth of the Leader of Prophets, Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ—regarded as the greatest joy and the highest honor in the universe—was celebrated with immense reverence and grandeur in Manghopir Town. A magnificent Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ procession was organized to mark the occasion, where every face shone with the remembrance of the Mercy to the Worlds ﷺ and every heart overflowed with love for the Holy Prophet ﷺ.

The procession commenced from Mai Gaari’s shrine, passed through various routes including Khairabad, and concluded peacefully at Aman Chowk. On the special instructions of the Chairman, rose water was sprinkled throughout the route, filling the atmosphere with fragrance and creating a spiritually uplifting environment.

On this blessed occasion, Chairman of Manghopir Town, Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi, was personally present. He was accompanied by Vice Chairman Rana Muhammad Arif, town officials, representatives of the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board, officers of the Police, and personnel of the Rangers. All departments worked in complete coordination to ensure that the arrangements remained flawless.

Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi himself inspected the entire procession route. Wherever cleanliness was lacking, immediate instructions were issued to the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board to carry out additional cleaning. Water sprinkling was arranged along the way to reduce heat and dust. Temporary tents were also installed at various points, providing seating areas and drinking water facilities for the participants. The streets were illuminated with decorative lights, adorned with green flags and banners to create an atmosphere befitting the sacred occasion.

The environment resonated with soulful Naats recited by Naat Khawans, while chants of “Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah ﷺ” echoed through the air, filling it with faith and devotion. Children, youth, and elders all walked together in unity; some carrying green flags, some reciting Durood and Salam, and others shedding tears of devotion in remembrance of their beloved Prophet ﷺ.

Speaking to the participants, Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi said:
“This is the day when the entire universe was illuminated with the light of Muhammad ﷺ. Today, we have gathered here to celebrate the blessed birth of our beloved Prophet ﷺ with devotion and reverence. It is our collective duty to spend this day with brotherhood, unity, and harmony. Serving the lovers of the Holy Prophet ﷺ is the greatest honor for us, and the administration of Manghopir Town is always dedicated to this cause.”

He further added that the Police and Rangers ensured excellent security arrangements, which allowed participants to express their devotion with peace of mind. He also praised the Sindh Solid Waste Management Board for their tireless efforts in maintaining cleanliness and making the environment pleasant and commendable. At the special directive of the Chairman, rose water sprinkling was ensured along the entire procession route.

At the conclusion of the procession, religious scholars delivered impactful sermons highlighting the blessed life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, while Naat Khawans recited verses filled with devotion. The faithful presented Durood and Salam at the court of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. The entire scene was profoundly spiritual—thousands of lovers of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, united as one, expressing their eternal love and devotion to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.

In his concluding remarks, Chairman Haji Nawaz Ali Brohi said that, Insha’Allah, with every coming year, Manghopir Town will make even better arrangements for the celebration of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ so that the devotees of the Holy Prophet ﷺ are provided maximum comfort and facilities.
