Dubai (Monday, June 24, 2025) – The airspaces that were closed due to the war between Iran and Israel and missile attacks on Arab countries have been reopened following the ceasefire.

According to Arab media, authorities in the United Arab Emirates stated that the UAE’s airspace is now fully restored, though flight schedules at various airports have been affected.

Emirati officials said that the regional situation is causing disruptions in flight schedules. Due to increased air traffic in the airspace, some flight timing adjustments had to be made, but UAE aviation teams are working to maintain the schedule.

Emirates Airlines advised passengers that those affected by delayed flights can rebook their tickets and should check their flight schedule before heading to the airport. In addition, Qatar has also reopened its previously closed airspace, and Israel has done the same.

It is noteworthy that on Tuesday morning, U.S. President Donald Trump announced a ceasefire between Iran and Israel, which was confirmed by both Iranian officials and the Israeli Prime Minister.

According to Pakistan Standard Time, Iran began implementing the ceasefire from 9:00 AM, and Israel also reopened its airspace. Furthermore, U.S. President Trump appealed to both parties not to violate the ceasefire.
