Murder Case Registered Over Killing of 9 Passengers in Zhob, Balochistan

A case has been registered at the CTD Police Station in Zhob, Balochistan, in connection with the brutal killing of 9 passengers.

The FIR, lodged on the complaint of the SHO of the Levies Police Station, includes charges of murder and anti-terrorism.

Meanwhile, a high-level security meeting was held under the chairmanship of Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, where IG Police Moazzam Jah Ansari gave a detailed briefing on the Dab Sarha Daki incident.

“The terrorists have proven to be cowardly beasts; our response will be firm,” said Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti.

He directed that the terrorists involved must be brought to justice and emphasized that those responsible for the innocent killings in Balochistan deserve no leniency. He vowed that they will be relentlessly pursued and punished.

The Chief Minister ordered that operations be conducted beyond the jurisdictional boundaries of Levies and Police, and that a decisive and immediate crackdown be launched against the terrorists.

Sarfraz Bugti further stated that those who disturb peace will be dealt with strictly, and that there will be no compromise on the rule of law in Balochistan.

It should be recalled that a day earlier, terrorists forcibly removed passengers from buses in Zhob and killed 9 of them. The funeral process is ongoing in various parts of Punjab where the victims belonged.
