PCB Slaps One-Year PSL Ban On Corbin Bosch
LAHORE: 11.04.2025: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has banned South African all-rounder Corbin Bosch from the Pakistan Super League (PSL) for one year after he withdrew from Peshawar Zalmi to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL), violating his contract.
Bosch, 30, was also fined, though the amount remain undisclosed due to a non-disclosure agreement. In a statement, Bosch apologized to fans and accepted full responsibility, calling it a “hard lesson.”
It remained unclear if the ban affects his participation in other PCB-regulated events. Bosch expressed hope of returning to the PSL in future seasons.
Meanwhile, the 10th edition of the PSL kicks off today (April 11), featuring 34 matches across four cities, with the final set for May 18 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
