Pakistan has decided not to send its junior hockey team to India for the upcoming Junior Hockey World Cup, following the earlier decision to withhold participation in the Asia Cup.

According to sources, the Pakistan junior hockey team will not be granted permission to travel to India for the tournament, which is scheduled to be held in November and December this year.

Sources say the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has already been informed about the denial of permission for both the Asia Cup and the Junior Hockey World Cup.

PHF is expected to make a formal announcement soon. Authorities have reportedly made it clear that no Pakistani sports team will visit India this year.

It is important to note that the International Hockey Federation (FIH) has already announced the schedule for the Junior Hockey World Cup, which is set to take place from November 28 to December 10. Both Pakistan and India are placed in Group B of the tournament.
