Federal Minister for Communications and President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party, Abdul Aleem Khan, has said that the solution to the country’s problems lies in creating more provinces, adding that new provinces would be beneficial for everyone.

Talking to the media in Gujranwala, Aleem Khan said that a movement needs to be launched to create more provinces in the country, and those who are not well-wishers of the nation should be given a strong response.

He said that there is only one High Court, where people have to come from far-flung areas, and reiterated his support for the creation of South Punjab, North Punjab, and Central Punjab.

Aleem Khan stated that they do not want to change the names of provinces and that Balochistan should remain Balochistan. He added that if a party has the government in Sindh, there should be no objection to having three chief ministers instead of one, and similarly, appointing three chief ministers in Balochistan should not be an issue either.

The federal minister emphasized once again that the solution to problems lies in having more provinces, saying that new provinces would benefit everyone. He added that public issues must be addressed and urged all political parties to show political maturity and broad-mindedness.
