The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a new Balochi patriotic song, “Pak Ay Watan”, on the occasion of Independence Day, with renowned Balochi singer Akhtar Chanal expressing love for Pakistan through his traditional style and passionate Balochi lyrics.

The song brings together Balochi culture and patriotism, with the colours, music and words of Balochistan reflecting a strong spirit of love for Pakistan and its security and survival. Akhtar Chanal’s traditional performance gives the patriotic song a distinct Balochi character.

“Pak Ay Watan” also expresses the resolve that Pakistan is not merely a geographical territory but an identity for its people, for which they are willing to make sacrifices.
