Tehran: Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei has stated that the United States will no longer find safe havens in the region for establishing military bases, adding that regional countries will not serve as shields for American interests.

In a message issued on the occasion of Hajj, the Iranian leader said that Iran had delivered a “strong blow” to what he described as aggressive U.S. actions, claiming that American objectives in the region had been successfully disrupted.

He said that the slogan of “Allahu Akbar” had given strength and power to the Iranian nation, and emphasized that the future belongs to the Islamic Ummah and a new Islamic civilization.

Khamenei urged Muslim countries to strengthen cooperation and friendship for development and prosperity, calling for greater unity among Islamic nations.

He further claimed that regional countries and populations would no longer act as protective shields for U.S. military bases, insisting that Washington would lose strategic safe zones for its operations in the Middle East.

The Iranian leader also reiterated his long-standing criticism of Israel, stating that the “fragile Zionist regime” was approaching the final stages of its existence.

His remarks come amid heightened regional tensions and ongoing geopolitical disputes involving Iran, the United States, and Israel, with multiple international actors closely monitoring developments in the Middle East.

Analysts note that such statements reflect Iran’s broader ideological stance and its continued opposition to U.S. military presence in the region, particularly in Gulf and neighboring countries where American bases are stationed.
