Pakistani actress Kubra Khan left fans emotional after sharing a heartfelt farewell to her beloved character, Dr. Sania, as her hit drama serial Dr Bahu came to an end. 

Taking to her Instagram handle, Kubra shared a touching montage featuring memorable moments from the sets of Dr Bahu, including fun bloopers, candid behind the scenes interactions, and heartwarming off-screen chemistry with her co-stars, including Shuja Asad, Hajra Yamin, Saba Hamid, Marina Khan, Shahzad Nawaz, Adeel Hussain, and others.

What made the video especially meaningful was Kubra’s heartfelt voice-over. Introducing herself with a smile, she said, “Hello everyone, I’m Dr. Sania… actually no, I’m your Kubra.”

She revealed that she initially considered adding a song to the montage but eventually decided to speak directly to her fans because no song could truly capture the emotions she felt. Referring to Elton John’s classic Your Song, Kubra explained that the lyrics perfectly reflected her feelings about the project.

Reflecting on her experience, Kubra described Dr Bahu as far more than just another drama. She said the set was filled with warmth, positivity, and genuine friendships, adding that a healthy working environment makes half an actor’s job easier.

“We even laughed during emotional scenes,” she shared, recalling the joyful atmosphere on set. “Honestly, I don’t know how these nine months passed.”The actress further revealed that the cast had become like a family, constantly supporting one another throughout filming. She admitted she did not want to become overly emotional but acknowledged that the journey would never have been the same without her co-stars and crew.

“I don’t know if I’ll ever find another set like this, but these memories will stay with me forever. Thank you so much, everyone,” she concluded.

Dr Bahu, airing on ARY Digital, follows the story of Dr. Sania, a compassionate and determined doctor navigating family expectations, professional challenges, and personal relationships.
