Social media and mobile phones Saeed Ajmal’s valuable advice to Saim Ayub
Karachi: The young opener of the national team, Saim Ayub, failed to show any notable performance in the Pakistan-UAE match, on which former legendary bowler Saeed Ajmal has given him useful advice.
Saim Ayub has failed to score a single run in the Asia Cup 2025 so far. He returned to the pavilion without scoring a single run in matches against Oman, India, and now the UAE.
Speaking on an ARY News program, former Test cricketer Saeed Ajmal expressed disappointment over his performance, saying that when he came, he used to play very aggressively, but now that passion is not visible.
He said that what I see is that the bowlers facing him have understood his weaknesses and now instead of hitting him on the leg side, they will bowl him on the offside side so that Saim gets his wicket as soon as possible.
He said, “My advice is that Saim Ayub should now leave his mobile phone and social media and focus fully on his game, and acquire the skill of playing offside while practicing.”
Saeed Ajmal said that he is performing very well in bowling, but now it has become very important for him to pay special attention to batting as well.
