Federal cabinet approves Rs13b annual grant for PTV
The federal cabinet has approved an annual grant of Rs13 billion for Pakistan Television (PTV), including the immediate release of Rs3.25 billion for the first quarter.
During the meeting, the cabinet also considered a proposal to import one million tonnes of wheat.
The cabinet was briefed on the trilateral defence agreement and termed the arrangement historic.
The meeting reviewed the key aspects of the agreement and its significance for defence cooperation.
