Field Marshal Seyed Asim Munir emphasized that the Pakistan Armed Forces continue to uphold the highest standards of discipline, professionalism, and a culture of selfless service to the nation.

According to ISPR, Field Marshal Munir visited the Lahore Garrison, where he was received by the Corps Commander Lahore. During the visit, he was given a detailed briefing on the formation’s operational readiness, ongoing training programs, and measures taken to enhance combat capabilities.

The Field Marshal observed a special field training exercise, during which he commended the professional skills and preparedness of both officers and soldiers. He reiterated that the armed forces maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any threats to national security and are always prepared to defend the country.

In his remarks, Field Marshal Munir highlighted that Pakistan’s military is committed to responding effectively to emerging strategic challenges and continues to evolve as a strong, capable, and professional force in a changing global security environment. During the visit, he also inspected the High-Care Center at CMH Lahore, appreciating the medical staff and administration for providing modern and high-quality healthcare facilities. The Field Marshal acknowledged their dedication and praised the quality of services provided to personnel.

Additionally, he reviewed sports and recreational facilities available for troops, emphasizing the importance of physical fitness and morale in maintaining operational readiness.

Field Marshal Munir stressed that the armed forces are resolute in safeguarding the country’s sovereignty, regional stability, and internal security, and they are prepared to meet multidimensional challenges with focus, professionalism, and strong resolve.
