Important Meeting Between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Iranian Ambassador; Exchange of Views on Regional Situation

Before a key session of the National Security Committee, Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, arrived at the Prime Minister’s House and held an important meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
During the meeting, there was a detailed exchange of views on the tensions between Iran and Israel, regional peace and stability, and recent geopolitical and political developments.
According to sources, the Iranian ambassador briefed the Prime Minister on the Iran-Israel-US conflict and conveyed Iran’s stance, while the Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s principled position of supporting peace, stability, and diplomatic solutions.
This meeting is being considered a significant diplomatic development amid growing regional tensions, reflecting Pakistan’s balanced foreign policy and the importance it places on diplomatic engagement.
