Karachi: Defense Police Arrest Two Suspects, Seize Firearm and Motorcycle

Defence Police Encounter – Update
Important revelations have surfaced following the arrest of suspects after an encounter with Defence Police.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Mohsin son of Nazeer and Muhammad Asif son of Abdul Malik.
A 9mm pistol with live rounds and a motorcycle have been recovered from their possession.
During initial investigation, it has been revealed that the suspect Asif has a previous criminal record and has been arrested and jailed in multiple cases in the past.

- FIR No. 290/2023 under Sections 381/457/34 – Police Station Darakhshan
- FIR No. 206/2024 under Section 381-A – Police Station Defence
- FIR No. 881/2024 under Section 23(i)A – Police Station Defence
Cases have been registered against both arrested suspects at Police Station Defence, and further investigation is underway.
