Despite repeated calls from U.S. President Donald Trump to halt airstrikes, the Israeli military has intensified its bombardment of Gaza, declaring the city a war zone.

According to international news agencies, Israel has continued its military operations, escalating attacks in northern Gaza and issuing new forced evacuation orders to Palestinian residents. The siege of Gaza City remains ongoing, severely restricting civilian movement and access to basic services.

In southern Gaza, millions of displaced Palestinians are forced to seek shelter in cramped, dark tent settlements. Many of the displaced expressed hopes that life would improve following Hamas’ responses, but the ongoing Israeli airstrikes have continued to devastate buildings, schools, and critical infrastructure.

The United Nations reports that over 400,000 Palestinians have been displaced from northern to southern Gaza. The destruction of high-rise buildings by the Israeli military has exacerbated the scale of forced migration, leaving thousands homeless and in urgent need of humanitarian aid.

The situation underscores the increasing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, highlighting the urgent need for international intervention and protection of civilians amid the ongoing military escalation.
