Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said.

The two foreign ministers discussed matters of mutual interest, including bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

They also exchanged views on the regional situation and stressed the importance of further strengthening cooperation at bilateral and multilateral forums.

Both sides agreed to remain in close contact and continue coordination between the two countries.
