Under the directives of SSP Sukkur Azhar Khan, Sukkur Police have intensified operations against individuals involved in social vices. During recent actions, two suspects were apprehended and narcotics recovered.

The operations were successfully conducted under the leadership of ASP City Captain (R) Muhammad Sohaib Amin, with the B-Section Police carrying out the raids.

According to reports, the SHO of B-Section Police conducted operations at various locations within their jurisdiction, resulting in the arrest of Hammad Ahmed Rajput and Bashir Ahmed Sheikh. During the raids, authorities recovered 1,500 grams of cannabis from the suspects’ possession.

Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (SCNS Act) as follows:

• CR No. 264/2025 U/S 9B(3) SCNS Act of PS B Section
• CR No. 267/2025 U/S 9C(3) SCNS Act of PS B Section

SSP Sukkur Azhar Khan commended the police team for their excellent performance and extended congratulations to the officers involved in the successful operations.
