Islamabad (Saturday, July 19, 2025) – Pakistan Muslim League (N) leaders Nawaz Sharif, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz have arrived in Murree to participate in a high-level party meeting.

According to sources, an important session of the central leadership of PML-N will be held in Murree today. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz, and PML-N President Nawaz Sharif are expected to engage in in-depth discussions on the prevailing political situation in the country.

During the meeting, PM Shehbaz Sharif will brief Nawaz Sharif on the performance of the federal government, while Maryam Nawaz will present updates on the Punjab government’s progress.

Sources also indicate that the session will review the effectiveness of relief measures taken for the public, and assess the situation caused by recent heavy rains across various regions.

In addition, the meeting will involve key decisions regarding the revitalization and activation of the PML-N party structure. Party head Nawaz Sharif is also expected to share his perspective on major public issues, including rising electricity and petrol prices, and other national concerns.
