Dokri: Tragic Incident – Four Young Girls from the Same Family Drown in Water Pit
In a heart-wrenching incident near the village of Sahib Khan Malano, located in the Dokri area, four young girls from the same family drowned in a water pit. The tragic news has plunged their household into mourning and cast a pall of sorrow over the entire village.
The deceased include:
- 5-year-old Bushra, daughter of Zameer Malano
- 7-year-old Humaira, daughter of Ishaq Malano
- 6-year-old Fatima, daughter of Allah Dino Malano
- 8-year-old Aamna, daughter of Bashir Malano
According to local residents, there is a water pit near the village. The girls were on their way to the agricultural fields where their parents were working when they accidentally fell into the pit and drowned. A few hours later, passersby noticed and informed the families.
The families retrieved the girls from the water, but they had already passed away.
The girls were cousins. They were laid to rest in the village of Sahib Khan Malano. A large number of villagers, locals from the surrounding areas, and members of the Malano community attended the funeral and final rites.
