Seminars, conferences, special prayers, debates, and tribute ceremonies are being organized to highlight his historic role in the struggle for Pakistan and his invaluable services for the Muslims of the subcontinent. Educational institutions, media organizations, and civil society groups are also participating actively in spreading awareness about his message and legacy.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born on December 25, 1876, in Karachi. By profession, he was a lawyer, and by destiny, he became one of the most influential political leaders of the 20th century. With his exceptional legal mind, political wisdom, and unshakeable determination, he transformed the dream of a separate homeland for Muslims into a reality.
Jinnah’s leadership was rooted in discipline, constitutional struggle, and moral integrity. His guiding principles of “Faith, Unity, and Discipline” remain the cornerstone of Pakistan’s national philosophy. Through his character and actions, Quaid-e-Azam demonstrated to the world what sincere, honest, and principled leadership can achieve, even in the face of overwhelming opposition.
Despite the presence of powerful political figures of the time, including Jawaharlal Nehru, Sardar Patel, and Mahatma Gandhi, Quaid-e-Azam successfully guided the Muslim nation to its destined goal. His political foresight and unwavering resolve enabled him to secure Pakistan through peaceful and democratic means, making him one of the most respected leaders in modern history.
Quaid-e-Azam envisioned Pakistan as a state where all citizens would enjoy equal rights, freedom, and justice, regardless of religion, ethnicity, or background. His speeches and statements repeatedly emphasized tolerance, social harmony, rule of law, and protection of minorities. He believed that Pakistan would only progress if it upheld justice, merit, and inclusivity.
As the architect of the Two-Nation Theory, Quaid-e-Azam played a decisive role in reshaping the political map of South Asia. He united the Muslims of the subcontinent under a single platform and led them to a separate homeland where they could live according to their cultural, religious, and social values. His contribution is regarded as a historic turning point that changed the course of regional and global history.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid rich tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. In his message, the prime minister said that the Father of the Nation taught principles of equality, religious harmony, social tolerance, and justice without discrimination of color, race, or creed. He emphasized that these values are more relevant today than ever and must guide Pakistan’s path forward.
The armed forces of Pakistan, including the Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, also paid tribute to Quaid-e-Azam. In their message, the armed forces reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to Quaid-e-Azam’s vision of a strong, sovereign, democratic, and prosperous Pakistan. They reiterated their resolve to continue playing a full role in ensuring national stability, peace, and development.
Messages of homage were also issued by political leaders, governors, chief ministers, and representatives of various institutions, all acknowledging the unmatched struggle and leadership of Quaid-e-Azam. Special prayers were offered in mosques across the country for national unity, prosperity, and progress in line with the ideals of the founding father.
As Pakistan marks the 149th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the day serves as a reminder that the challenges facing the country today can only be overcome by adhering to his principles. His life remains a guiding light for the nation, inspiring unity, perseverance, and faith in the future.
The people of Pakistan once again renew their pledge to uphold the vision of the Father of the Nation and to work collectively for a peaceful, just, and prosperous Pakistan—true to the ideals for
