Hyderabad (Reporter Irfan Gul Jamali): The Asgharia Students Organization (ASO) Pakistan, Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam Unit, organized a solemn program in connection with Youm-e-Hussain (A.S.). The event was held under the presidency of Unit President Brother Ghulam Abbas.

Distinguished guests and speakers attended the program, including Karachi University’s Chairman Syed Jawad Hussain, Sindh Agriculture University’s Syed Ismail Kumbhar, ASO Pakistan’s Central General Secretary Jawad Inquilabi, and Central Coordination Secretary Sajjad Ali Asghari.

Addressing the gathering, Chairman Syed Jawad Hussain of Karachi University highlighted the timeless message of sacrifice and justice exemplified by Imam Hussain (A.S.) at Karbala. He emphasized that the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (A.S.) was not merely a historical event but a guiding principle for humanity, reminding us to stand against tyranny and uphold truth.

Similarly, Syed Ismail Kumbhar of Sindh Agriculture University spoke on the spiritual and moral significance of Imam Hussain’s (A.S.) martyrdom. He stated that the sacrifice of the grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is a lesson of courage, faith, and steadfastness for all generations.

The speeches reflected on how the legacy of Karbala continues to inspire students, scholars, and communities to resist injustice and live a life rooted in values of truth, compassion, and service to humanity.

At the conclusion of the event, Unit President Brother Ghulam Abbas expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the honorable guests, students, and participants for their presence and contribution. He said that such programs help in connecting youth with the eternal message of Karbala and strengthen their moral and social responsibilities.

The gathering ended with prayers for unity, peace, and the strength to follow the path of Imam Hussain (A.S.) in everyday life.
