Sindh Information Commission Delegation Visits Aror University, Appreciates Academic, Research and Innovation Initiatives
SUKKUR (Bureau Report): A delegation of the Sindh Information Commission (SIC), led by Commissioner-I Muhammad Saleem Khan, visited Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage, Sukkur.
The delegation included Commissioner-II Noor Muhammad Dayo and Executive Director Zulfiqar Ali Sheikh. On the occasion, Aror University Vice Chancellor Dr. Zahid Hussain Khand briefed the delegation about the university’s various academic programmes and notable achievements.
Commissioner-I Muhammad Saleem Khan appreciated the university’s dynamic academic initiatives and urged the Vice Chancellor to nominate a focal person from the university to ensure close coordination and cooperation with the Sindh Information Commission.
Commissioner-II Noor Muhammad Dayo said that the Sindh Information Commission was making concerted efforts to raise public awareness about the Sindh Transparency and Right to Information Act, 2016.
The SIC delegation also visited Khan Aror House of Design and inspected four academic blocks of the university, where they reviewed various educational and creative activities.
