Assistant Director BS-17 interviews at Islamabad Centre postponed
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has postponed the interviews for Assistant Director (BS-17) candidates that were scheduled to be held on August 10 in Islamabad.
According to a public notice issued by the FPSC’s Programme Management Directorate, the interviews have been deferred due to administrative reasons.
The interviews, scheduled under Interview Programme No. 103/2026, were to take place on Monday, August 10.
The postponed interviews relate to Case No. F.4-60/2026-R for the recruitment of Assistant Director (BS-17), for which two candidates had been shortlisted.
The commission clarified that the postponement applies only to the Islamabad centre and that all other interview cases and examination centres across the country will continue according to their previously announced schedules without any changes.
The FPSC said the revised date for the postponed interviews will be announced separately, and the affected candidates will be informed well in advance.
