Additionally, numerous institutions have inactive Boards of Directors, exacerbating the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents from the Finance Ministry reveal that default is not just a possibility but a long-term risk for many public sector entities. These institutions lack active oversight, and their Boards are either unskilled, lack independence, or are staffed with officers who do not possess the necessary experience.
