Armed assailants hiding in the hills attempted to stop the vehicle. When the driver refused to halt, the attackers opened fire and hurled grenades at the coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, three passengers lost their lives on the spot, while twelve sustained severe injuries. The deceased and the injured were shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital, where an emergency has been declared. Paramedical staff and doctors have been called in to deal with the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police have confirmed that the condition of two injured passengers is critical.
