Water levels are continuously rising at <strong>Rajanpur<\/strong>, <strong>Ghotki<\/strong>, and <strong>Taunsa<\/strong>, resulting in several localities in Taunsa being submerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the <strong>Flood Forecasting Division<\/strong>, the inflow and outflow at Taunsa Barrage are recorded at <strong>426,000 cusecs<\/strong>. Meanwhile, water levels have reached <strong>1,527 feet at Tarbela Dam<\/strong> and <strong>1,184 feet at Mangla Dam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Rajanpur<\/strong>, residents of the riverine (katcha) areas are continuing to evacuate to safer locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commissioner Ashfaq Chaudhry\u2019s Visit to Ghazi Ghat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Commissioner Ashfaq Chaudhry<\/strong> visited Ghazi Ghat on the Indus River to assess the flood situation. He noted a risk of both riverine and hill torrents in <strong>Taunsa<\/strong>, <strong>Koh-e-Suleman<\/strong>, and <strong>Dera Ghazi Khan<\/strong>, prompting the establishment of <strong>relief and medical camps<\/strong>. Flash floods have also been reported in Koh-e-Suleman\u2019s rain-fed streams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per <strong>DG Khan Commissioner<\/strong>, the recorded flows are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wador Stream<\/strong>: 32,000 cusecs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sori Stream<\/strong>: 12,400 cusecs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wahwa Stream<\/strong>: 5,000 cusecs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sangarh Stream<\/strong>: 7,000 cusecs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mithawan Stream<\/strong>: 14,000 cusecs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commissioner assured that <strong>authorities are on high alert<\/strong> and emphasized that <strong>protecting lives and property is the top priority<\/strong>.
