File photo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actress <strong>Humaira Asghar<\/strong>, who was found dead in her flat in Karachi, has been laid to rest in Lahore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to the media, the deceased actress\u2019s brother said they will wait for the medical report and have not named anyone in the case yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response to a question, he said that the family and Humaira\u2019s circle of friends had been trying to contact her for several months but failed. After the heartbreaking news surfaced, some people criticized the family, without considering other aspects of the case. &#8220;Has anyone questioned Humaira\u2019s landlord?&#8221; he asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Postmortem report reveals Humaira Asghar&#8217;s body was over six months old<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, Humaira Asghar\u2019s uncle said she had left home in 2017 but would occasionally visit after every two to three months. Her parents were happy with her independence, and the family had never severed ties with her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is worth mentioning that Humaira Asghar\u2019s body was found on <strong>July 8<\/strong> in a flat at Ittehad Commercial when a court bailiff arrived at the flat due to non-payment of rent.
