One section of the 20-flat structure collapsed due to the criminal negligence of SBCA officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lyari Incident: SBCA office raided, 6 officials taken into custody<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hours-old video of the collapsed building in Lyari surfaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite being aware of the risk, the SBCA officials took no serious action. Their carelessness and negligence directly contributed to the collapse of the building, the report states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The police report holds <strong>14 individuals<\/strong>, including <strong>6 SBCA directors<\/strong>, responsible for the tragedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s worth noting that on <strong>July 4, 2025<\/strong>, a building in Lyari collapsed, resulting in <strong>27 deaths<\/strong> and <strong>4 injuries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karachi: Police have submitted the initial fact-finding report to the court regarding the building collapse in the Baghdadi area of Lyari.
