The matter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sons coming to Pakistan to take part in the ongoing political struggle has hit a snag.

Despite heated public discussions within Pakistan, sources reveal that there is a complete lack of formal steps toward their visit. Jemima Goldsmith, their mother, has also expressed fear in a recent tweet, voicing concerns for her children’s safety.

So far, no application has been submitted for a U.S. visa, nor has any travel plan been announced. It has not been confirmed whether Imran Khan’s sons possess Pakistani passports or national identity cards.

There has also been no contact made with the Pakistan High Commission in London to apply for visas. According to the visa section, decisions are only made once applications are submitted, and the section holds full authority to approve or reject visa requests without any strict timeline.

No contact has been established between Goldsmith House (where Imran Khan’s sons reside) and the Pakistani High Commission regarding visa matters. Additionally, no application for any protest or public gathering has been received by authorities in the U.S. either.
