Peshawar: (Tuesday, July 8, 2025) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Adviser on Information, Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, has said that Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman should demonstrate moral courage like Amir Haider on the issue of reserved seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In a statement, Barrister Saif said that while the law and judiciary are entangled in the 26th Constitutional Amendment, if opposition parties had any moral courage, they would refuse to take the reserved seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that Amir Haider Hoti\u2019s statement about not accepting the reserved seats is commendable, and Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman should show moral courage similar to Amir Haider. He mentioned that Fazl-ur-Rehman had parted ways with PTI during the 26th Constitutional Amendment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Barrister Saif further stated that previously, PTI\u2019s mandate was stolen through Form 47, and now reserved seats are being distributed among others. Reserved seats are the exclusive right of PTI, which were auctioned.
