The project is being repaired and restored with the assistance of the <strong>World Bank<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So far, <strong>16 gates have been fully replaced<\/strong>, and <strong>another 28 gates are scheduled to be replaced by November 2025<\/strong>. The new gates are equipped with <strong>electro-mechanical systems<\/strong>, allowing for rapid response during <strong>floods and emergencies<\/strong>.
