As a result, <strong>all the annual mourning processions<\/strong> that take place daily from evening until Fajr prayers are being carried out <strong>in darkness<\/strong>. This ongoing situation appears to be <strong>a deliberate attempt to disrupt<\/strong> the long-standing tradition of Azadari (mourning rituals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The complaint numbers issued by HESCO officials are not being answered, and in some areas, <strong>damaged transformers have been out of order for five days<\/strong> without any action being taken. This has caused not only <strong>a severe shortage of drinking water<\/strong>, but also forced the annual mourning processions to pass through complete darkness, filth, and stagnant dirty water, seriously affecting the Azadari processions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to this <strong>unresolved and distressing situation<\/strong>, local residents are now being <strong>forced to block roads and hold protests<\/strong>. The patron of the Azadari Rabita Committee, <strong>Zawar Abdul Sattar Dars<\/strong>, has strongly condemned this ongoing neglect by HESCO. He said that not only are <strong>traditional mourning processions, gatherings, and matam<\/strong> (chest beating) being severely impacted, but people are also facing great difficulty in preparing <strong>Nazar (offerings) and Sabeel (free water and drink stations)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has demanded that the <strong>Federal Minister of Water and Power and the HESCO Chief<\/strong> take <strong>immediate and serious notice<\/strong> of this critical issue and ensure it is resolved without delay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Hyderabad Electric Supply Company) that there would be no power outages during the nights of the days of mourning (Ayam-e-Aza), widespread and prolonged power outages have continued for the past three nights in most areas of the city.
