the sale of Sindh’s lands in the name of corporate farming, the growing water crisis in District Sujawal, and worsening law and order conditions, a foot march (Short March) was launched under the leadership of Ayaz Latif Palijo, the head of Qaumi Awami Tehreek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The march began from Al-Mustafa Marriage Hall in Mirpur Bathoro and reached the main bus stop of Mirpur Bathoro, where it took the form of a public gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing the people on this occasion, Ayaz Latif Palijo said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sindh is being deceived 24 hours a day. You’re constantly being betrayed. You’re shown one thing and something else is done to you.
You were told that the country is about to become independent. Where are those leaders now?
You were told to sit for four days, the ministers will come and everything will be fixed.
If it was that easy, then we wouldn’t have had to fight for the release of Hyder Bux Jatoi, GM Syed, or Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
If it only took four days of protest, Benazir Bhutto’s killers would have been caught.
If two days of protest were enough, the grave of Sooriah Badshah would have been found.
Since you are not ready for a big struggle, 500 fake Facebook IDs were created in Germany, Dubai, and America under various names.
Through those IDs, abuse was hurled at Rasheed Mehmood Soomro, Zain Shah, Dr. Qadir Magsi, Qaumi Awami Tehreek, Pir Pagaro, and many others.
Even university student Ehsan Memon was suffocated and killed in the same way.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

All political parties are separate.
We want our democratic rights within Pakistan.
We are not separatists.
I am not a separatist, nor was my father, Rasool Bux Palijo.
Rasool Bux Palijo demanded democratic rights within the federation of Pakistan.
Fazil Rahu was also a representative of Sindh’s farmers who stayed within Pakistan and demanded rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the incident in Moro, no protest or rally took place\u2014Sindh has become scattered.
Only Ayaz Latif Palijo is standing in the field. Where are the others? Everyone has disappeared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rulers in Karachi and Islamabad wanted Sindh to be gripped by fear\u2014and they succeeded.
They thought that since people across Sindh are protesting, let\u2019s create an incident where bullets are fired, FIRs are lodged, and dead bodies are seen, so that fear and terror spreads among Sindhis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even then, the national workers kept marching. I am proud of those national workers.
No matter which organization they belong to, these national workers are brave and steadfast.
They will continue to come to the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We want the people of Sindh.
I appeal to the people of Sindh: break the walls of fear.
We will turn every city of Sindh into a Vietnam.
We will make every city of Sindh a fortress of resistance.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, central leader of Qaumi Awami Tehreek Ashraf Palijo, district leader Panhal Solangi, and others also addressed the gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
