{"id":5650,"date":"2025-05-15T22:20:17","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T17:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pakjazbo.com\/?p=5650"},"modified":"2025-05-15T22:20:19","modified_gmt":"2025-05-15T17:20:19","slug":"how-did-zendaya-react-to-anna-sawai-twinning-at-met-gala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakjazbo.com\/?p=5650","title":{"rendered":"How did Zendaya react to Anna Sawai twinning at Met Gala?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hollywood A-lister and style icon Zendaya had an embarrassing, albeit accidental, fashion moment at the Met Gala 2025, when she showed up on the blue carpet, wearing a rather similar dress to Japanese actor Anna Sawai.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Earlier this month, on the first Monday in May, Zendaya, known to have served some of the most iconic Met Gala looks, accidentally twinned with the&nbsp;<em>\u2018Shogun\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;star and the fundraiser debutante Anna Sawai, as both walked the world\u2019s top fashion blue carpet in rather-identical all-white ensembles, for the Black Dandyism theme this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, as opposed to many social media \u2018who wore it better\u2019 polls, expecting&nbsp;an awkward moment between the divas, there wasn\u2019t any \u2018disappointment\u2019 from either side, revealed Zendaya\u2019s stylist, Law Roach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to a foreign media outlet, Roach said, \u201cI think people thought that there was some type of disappointment on our end. Her [Sawai] stylist, Karla Welch, and I are very friendly, we\u2019ve known each other for years, and Karla and I talked.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, he clarified, \u201cIt wasn\u2019t any disappointment. It was like two people paying homage to two different people. Yoko being Anna\u2019s inspiration, and Diana and Bianca being ours. It just happened, and they both looked great.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThey are both beautiful women, and I mean, I hate the way that people try to pin women and stylists against one another.
