{"id":29586,"date":"2026-09-10T16:26:42","date_gmt":"2026-09-10T11:26:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pakjazbo.com\/?p=29586"},"modified":"2026-09-10T16:29:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-10T11:29:29","slug":"__trashed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakjazbo.com\/?p=29586","title":{"rendered":"Sehat Card: KP proposes top-up health package for govt employees"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has proposed introducing a major healthcare facility for government employees under the Sehat Card Plus programme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to ARY News, a meeting on the Sehat Card Plus programme was held under the chairmanship of KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi. The meeting reviewed measures to make the programme more organised, effective and sustainable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several proposals were discussed, including expanding coverage for costly medical treatments under the Sehat Card, increasing service rates and introducing a top-up health package for government employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking at the meeting, Chief Minister Sohail Afridi said health and education were among the government\u2019s top priorities in line with the vision of PTI founder Imran Khan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said reforms and modernisation of basic health centres were aimed at providing healthcare facilities to people at their doorstep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sohail Afridi said providing quality healthcare to the public was the government\u2019s ultimate objective.
