The Islamabad High Court summoned the Federal Investigation Agency\u2019s (FIA) officer who ordered the offloading of citizen who was going to Malaysia, tomorrow.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Justice Ayaz Shaukat, while issuing a written order on the citizen Muhammad Saad\u2019s petition, directed the FIA \u200b\u200bto submit its comments by the next hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The court wrote in order that according to the petitioner, he had a Malaysian visa and a return ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the lawyer, despite all the documents to go abroad being complete, the offloading was done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The lawyer has requested that the court declare the offloading illegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Court ordered FIA to submit its comments by the next hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The officer or shift in-charge who wrote the order to offload the citizen on August 12 should appear at the next hearing, court ordered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
