ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad district administration has announced the closure of trails 2, 3, 4 and 5, along with the trail located behind Saidpur Village, in the Margalla Hills, for public on August 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a notification issued by the Office of the District Magistrate, Islamabad Capital Territory, the designated trails will remain closed throughout August 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The notification was issued by District Magistrate Islamabad Irfan Nawaz Memon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The order specifically stated that Trail 2, Trail 3, Trail 4, Trail 5 and the trail behind Saidpur Village will remain closed for the general public on August 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The district administration has directed the relevant departments and authorities to ensure compliance with the closure order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Copies of the notification have been forwarded to the Chief Commissioner\u2019s Office, Islamabad, the Inspector General of Police, Islamabad, the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the Ministry of Interior, the Islamabad Police and other concerned departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The notification has also been sent to the Capital Development Authority\u2019s Directorate General of Environment for compliance and to the Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Islamabad Traffic Police and other police authorities have also been directed to take necessary action in connection with the closure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The notification does not specify a reason for closing the trails on August 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The district administration has also requested the media and relevant authorities to publicise the closure so that members of the public are aware of the restrictions before planning visits to the affected trails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
