The redevelopment is expected to combine the properties into a luxurious <strong>sky villa<\/strong> designed to accommodate multiple members of the Khan family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports suggest that Aamir, who already owns several apartments in Bella Vista, is planning to invest around <strong>\u20b9100 crore<\/strong> (approximately) in the ambitious project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed residence is expected to include spacious areas for family gatherings and celebrations, along with separate living spaces to meet the needs of different family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the reports, one floor of the new residence will be designed as an <strong>entertainment zone<\/strong>, while another floor has been earmarked for Aamir&#8217;s son, <strong>Junaid Khan<\/strong>. It is also reported that Aamir himself is expected to occupy two floors with his wife, <strong>Gauri Spratt<\/strong>, and her son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is intended to provide independent apartments for other members of the family within the same residential complex.
