However, the team identified several significant shortcomings in the implementation of the Hospital Waste Management Rules 2014. They expressed serious concern over issues such as the non-operational incinerator plant and improper segregation and safe disposal of hazardous medical waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">District In-charge Gul Amir Sunbal instructed the hospital administration to take immediate corrective measures in accordance with the law. These include making the incinerator plant operational as soon as possible, ensuring timely waste segregation, safe storage, and environmentally friendly disposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further directed the hospital administration to submit a compliance report to the SEPA Sukkur office within seven days, providing complete details of the actions taken.
