A recently released STR report exposed a clear <strong>injustice at this well-reputed school<\/strong> under the Town Committee of Odeerolal Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite having <strong>over 180 students enrolled<\/strong>, the school, which requires <strong>four teachers according to STR norms<\/strong>, currently has only <strong>two teachers<\/strong> serving. Under a combination of alleged <strong>administrative incompetence and favoritism<\/strong>, one of the school\u2019s most dedicated and high-performing teachers, <strong>Nursing Mal<\/strong>, who had significantly contributed to the school\u2019s reputation and quality of education, was <strong>transferred away<\/strong>. This decision, according to parents and students, has <strong>severely jeopardized students\u2019 future and the overall learning environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In response, <strong>students and parents approached the media<\/strong>, expressing their <strong>strong dissatisfaction<\/strong> with the transfer. They emphasized that the removal of a key teacher has <strong>disrupted the educational environment<\/strong>, affecting both teaching quality and student learning outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The protesters demanded the <strong>immediate reinstatement of Nursing Mal<\/strong> to the school. They warned that if their demands are not met, they may escalate their protest, including <strong>blocking the main highway<\/strong> to draw attention to the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to the media, students and parents stressed that <strong>access to quality education is a fundamental right<\/strong>, which they intend to <strong>secure from the Sindh government by all means<\/strong>. They also called upon <strong>senior officials and the Education Minister, Syed Sardar Shah<\/strong>, to take <strong>urgent notice<\/strong> of the matter and address the administrative oversight promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident has sparked wider concerns about <strong>STR implementation in Sindh<\/strong>, where policy prescriptions are often <strong>misaligned with actual requirements<\/strong>, leaving schools <strong>understaffed and students underserved<\/strong>.
