Prominent guests included MNA <strong>Ramesh Lal<\/strong>, MPA <strong>Jameel Ahmed Soomro<\/strong>, Special Assistant to CM <strong>Khair Muhammad Sheikh<\/strong>, Chairman District Council <strong>Ejaz Ahmed Leghari<\/strong>, Vice Chairman <strong>Asadullah Bhutto<\/strong>, and Mayor <strong>Advocate Anwar Ali Luhar<\/strong>.<br>In his address, MPA Soomro distributed sweets among the Hindu community and extended greetings on behalf of the Sindh government. MNA Ramesh Lal praised the unity between Hindus and Muslims in Sindh, emphasizing that \u201cSindh has always been a land of peace, love, and coexistence.\u201d The ceremony included cultural dances, musical performances, and a fireworks display. Noted comedian <strong>Asghar Khoso<\/strong> entertained the audience, while <strong>Leelan Sisters<\/strong> and other artists received appreciation for their performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, <strong>Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F)<\/strong> Larkana and Qamber-Shahdadkot districts held a <strong>joint organizational meeting<\/strong> at Jamia Islamia Ashaat-ul-Quran wal-Hadees. The session was chaired by <strong>Allama Nasir Khalid Mahmood Soomro<\/strong> and attended by JUI-F Sindh leader <strong>Allama Rashid Khalid Mahmood Soomro<\/strong>. The meeting decided to organize a <strong>\u201cShaheed-e-Islam Conference\u201d<\/strong> on <strong>November 28, 2025<\/strong>, at <strong>Jinnah Bagh Chowk<\/strong>, in memory of <strong>Dr. Khalid Mahmood Soomro<\/strong>. Speakers lauded Dr. Soomro\u2019s lifelong struggle for Islamic education, Sindh\u2019s rights, and social justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In another development, the <strong>Larkana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)<\/strong> held a meeting chaired by <strong>Khair Muhammad Sheikh<\/strong> to discuss the <strong>recent ban on wheat seed imports from Punjab<\/strong>. The participants condemned the ban as \u201cunconstitutional and anti-agriculture,\u201d warning it could harm national food security. The chamber resolved to write to the Prime Minister, Chief Ministers of Sindh and Punjab, and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce to withdraw the ban. Sheikh cited Article 151 of the Constitution, asserting that \u201cfree inter-provincial trade is a constitutional right.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the <strong>Government Institute of Business and Commercial Education<\/strong>, MPA <strong>Jameel Ahmed Soomro<\/strong> inaugurated a new building, emphasizing <strong>technical and vocational education<\/strong> as key to reducing unemployment.
