Expressing concern over the <strong>deteriorating and unsafe condition of the building<\/strong>, Channan noted that the college urgently requires <strong>comprehensive repair and restoration work<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He pointed out visible <strong>cracks in walls, broken roofs, leaking ceilings, and damaged floors<\/strong>, which pose serious safety risks to both students and staff. He emphasized that <strong>immediate repair measures<\/strong> must be taken to ensure the safety and continuity of academic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>technical team<\/strong>, after conducting on-site observations, confirmed that <strong>the building had not undergone maintenance for several years<\/strong>.
