In his plea, Irfan stated that he had <strong>repeatedly requested the jail superintendent<\/strong> to provide him with <strong>\u201csuperior class\u201d facilities<\/strong>, but his requests were ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The petitioner claimed that while he has been denied basic comforts, the PTI founder enjoys <strong>special privileges inside the jail<\/strong>, including <strong>comfortable accommodations, quality food, and regular meetings<\/strong> with visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI am not being provided with the same facilities that are being extended to Imran Khan,\u201d the petition reads, arguing that <strong>all prisoners are equal under the law<\/strong> and therefore should be treated without discrimination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muhammad Irfan requested the court to <strong>direct the authorities<\/strong> to extend to him the <strong>same privileges and facilities<\/strong> as those granted to Imran Khan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The petition names the <strong>Secretary of Interior<\/strong>, the <strong>Superintendent of Adiala Jail<\/strong>, the <strong>Chief Commissioner of Islamabad<\/strong>, and the <strong>Home Department<\/strong> as respondents in the case.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An inmate at Adiala Jail has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court, demanding that he be granted the same privileges and facilities as those provided to PTI founder Imran Khan.
