The gathering was held in connection with the <em>Urs Mubarak<\/em> of <strong>Baba Sain Ahmed Ali Qureshi (RA)<\/strong> and included a special ceremony marking the completion of <strong>one crore (10 million) recitations of Durood Pak<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During his deeply inspiring <strong>spiritual discourse<\/strong>, Sain Ghulam Haider Shah emphasized the importance of <strong>balance and moderation in human life<\/strong>, warning that anything exceeding one\u2019s genuine needs turns harmful \u2014 whether it be <strong>power, wealth, hunger, pride, greed, laziness, love, or hatred<\/strong>. \u201cWhatever crosses the boundary of necessity transforms into poison,\u201d he said. \u201cIt is the excess of anything, not its existence, that destroys the inner peace and spiritual essence of a person.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He elaborated that both <strong>worldly desires and emotional impulses<\/strong> must be kept in check through <strong>self-awareness, humility, and spiritual discipline<\/strong>. \u201cWe are not born to accumulate,\u201d Sain remarked, \u201cbut to balance \u2014 balance between our body and soul, between what we have and what we need.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing the concept of fear, he offered a profound reflection: \u201cFear, in reality, is the refusal to accept uncertainty. When a person learns to accept the uncertainty of life, fear disappears. What remains is life \u2014 an ongoing adventure, a journey of discovery and learning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sain\u2019s words resonated deeply with the audience, which included devotees, scholars, and followers from across <strong>Sindh and other regions of Pakistan<\/strong>.
