Furthermore, <strong>appeals against special court verdicts<\/strong> will now be heard by a <strong>two-member bench of the Lahore High Court<\/strong>, nominated by the Chief Justice of the High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officials clarified that the amended provincial law will function <strong>parallel to the federal Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA)<\/strong> and is aimed at <strong>eliminating legal loopholes and procedural delays<\/strong> that have long hindered swift justice in narcotics cases.
