Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi<\/strong> is also expected to attend the session and deliver a special message from President Asif Ali Zardari<\/strong>, aiming to ease the brewing tensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting\u2019s agenda reportedly includes discussions on potential strategies to reduce political friction<\/strong> between the parties and maintain coalition stability. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is also considering direct communication with the PPP\u2019s top leadership<\/strong> to resolve ongoing disputes between Punjab and Sindh \u2014 particularly over issues such as flood compensation<\/strong> and water distribution<\/strong>, both of which have become politically sensitive flashpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sources suggest that the prime minister will be briefed on the PPP\u2019s recent walkout from the National Assembly<\/strong> and the increasing mistrust within the coalition. While the ruling coalition continues to bicker, the opposition Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)<\/strong> has seized the opportunity to criticize both sides. PTI senator Barrister Ali Zafar<\/strong> dismissed the dispute as a \u201cstaged drama\u201d<\/strong>, saying that if the PPP truly believes the government is incompetent, it should bring a no-confidence motion<\/strong> \u2014 a move PTI would gladly support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
